Still figuring out how to get multiple posts on different tabs, so bear with me.
Part of books, as I'm sure you're aware, is writing, and thus the NIKI Book Tab shall now officially include writing stuff. Starting with now.
So I'm entering a contest on KidPub called The Monster Mash (okay, a bit cliche, but that's alright.) I am a fan of all things monstery, so I think I have a pretty good chance. The only problem is that I have utterly no idea how to go about writing a monster story. I was thinking about cannabolism, but that's been done quite a lot on KidPub (most brilliantly, I might add). So... any ideas??? Please let me know in the comments!!!

Well, welcome to the Nerdy n' I Know It Books tab!!! Pretty kewal.
On this tab, I'll be posting bookish stuff (book reviews, book lists, book recommendations, book quotes and other bookly items). While it won't be updated quite as much as Nerdy n' I Know It home, I will be on at least a few times a month.
Which brings me to my next announcement:
THE NERDY N' I KNOW IT MONTHLY BOOK CLUB!!!
(That sounded way cooler in my head than it actually turned out...)
So every month, I'll post the latest NIKI Book Club book, and you read it. (Glad we got that cleared up; I can see how that might've been confusing.) So you read it, and on an appointed date which is yet to be decided, and whenever that is, everyone who read it can log on and have educational, intellectual book conversations!!! YAY, LEARNING!!!
Again, seemed way better when I first thought of it. I guess that's one of the perks of being a nerd.
Anyways, since this is NIKI's first month of actually having posts on it, I'm going to have the first book club meeting be in October. (The exact date will be released sometime this week.) So without any further adieu, this month's NIKI Book Club Book iiiiiiiiiiis.....
